DDR Museum becomes new tricot sponsor of VSG Altglienicke

Berlin, 23 July 2025 – The DDR Museum and VSG Altglienicke are starting the new regional league season together. The new partnership was officially sealed yesterday at the DDR Museum. Museum director Gordon Freiherr von Godin welcomed the VSG's sporting director, football legend Torsten Mattuschka, to the museum. The DDR Museum is very pleased about the co-operation and especially about the fact that Torsten Mattuschka came to visit in person. A great meeting that combines history and sport in a special way. In the 2025/2026 season, the DDR Museum will sponsor the back of the club's shirt and is looking forward to an eventful season in the regional football league. The first home game of the season kicks off on Friday at the Spree-Arena Fürstenwalde. We wish the club every success against Hertha Zehlendorf and a great start to the new season!
