What happened to the children psychologically when the father or mother disappeared one day without a trace in the Stasi prison? What fears, depressions and feelings of guilt did this trigger in children and parents and what are the consequences to this day? Jürgen Haase's film, commissioned by the rbb broadcasting station, presents several cases. One of the families affected was that of Karl-Heinz Bomberg. The doctor and songwriter is a psychotherapist who dedicates himself to post-traumatic imprisonment and has published several books on the subject. He is also a songwriter and will sing a few songs that evening.
