We opened the new exhibition and the new restaurant Domklause

The last few days were turbulent! The daily routine was influenced by working on the exhibition, press events, preparations for the opening celebration, the opening party itself, excitement and unrest. Slowly, the calm comes back...

The last few days were turbulent! The daily routine was influenced by working on the exhibition, press events, preparations for the opening celebration, the opening party itself, excitement and unrest. Slowly, the calm comes back...

Our new restaurant called "Domklause" was opened on sunday. Yesterday, we had the possiblity to enjoy our lunch, and is was so delicious. The menu is perfect for all meat lovers and fans of German/GDR cuisine. But also vegetarians will find enough to eat!

I tried a salat with chicken, my colleague had a vegetable gratin. Both of us were totally happy with our descision and today, I will try the smoked pork loin. During our opening celebration, the Domklause served the buffet, so our guests and we already had the opportunity to taste the meals.

Our visitors like the enlarged exhibition very much. Like in the old exhibition, the visitors are invited to try and touch the exhibits. For example, they can sit inside the Volvo, a huge state ciarriage!
