Paula Kirby, a writer who lived and worked in Dresden, is one of the rare guest authors in the blog of the DDR Museum. She experienced such an interesting story, that our spokeswoman Melanie Alperstaedt asked her in 2011 to write in our blog about it.
A few days ago Paula finally managed to visit our museum and had lunch with Melanie. She spoke about her new projects and told Melanie about an interview which is published online on “The View East”. She narrated there about her life in the GDR and so we want to share it with you.
