Marina Prüfer was the court sketch artist of the Honecker lawsuit. Yesterday, she presented her artworks for the first time to the public. She talked about her own experiences in the German Democratic Republic and her escape, which she proceeded with her son, from the socialistic dictatorship to Switzerland. After the changes in 1989, she aplied as a court sketch artist for the Honecker lawsuit.

Marina Prüfer was the court sketch artist of the Honecker lawsuit. Yesterday, she presented her artworks for the first time to the public. She talked about her own experiences in the German Democratic Republic and her escape, which she proceeded with her son, from the socialistic dictatorship to Switzerland. After the changes in 1989, she aplied as a court sketch artist for the Honecker lawsuit. Because of her good connections to the press, she got this job. During the lawsuit, she painted abstracts and watched the lawsuit from a creative perspective. Yesterday, she spoke about her own point of view during this time and history became alive!
