The DDR Museum wishes you a Merry Christmas!

It's hard to believe: The year is almost over!

It has been a successful year for the DDR Museum: it was nominated for the European Museum of the Year award 2012 for the second time and in February the DDR Museum welcomed the two millionth visitor.

2013 is going to be very exciting, too! If you want to get more details about the news, please keep following the blog. ;)

But let's not forget Christmas! We wish all our blog readers, our visitors at the museum and of course our coming visitors a pleasant Christmas season!

For those, who want to visit the DDR Museum over the Christmas holidays, are these our opening times:

24th of December
10.00am - 4.00pm

Apart from that day, the DDR Museum is open as usual, i.e. Monday - Sunday from 10.00am - 8.00pm, on Saturdays even until 10.00pm. The same opening hours apply to the Domklause right next door!
