Reasons for a visit to the DDR Museum

The DDR Museum is one of the most interactive museums in the world. The museum
was established in 2006 and has been one of Berlin's most visited museums since
2007. The visitor is taken on an exceptional journey into the socialist past, taking a seat
in a Trabi, dancing the Lipsi, or rummaging around in the cupboards of an authentic
living room found in an apartment of a concrete-slab building - in the DDR Museum, a
hands on experience of the exhibition really is intended!
