What options are given if a museum is in need of support?

A consultancy could be booked but mostly they've got no experience with the working processes in a museum. Therefore they are too external to define problems and to give proper advice. At the end, the consultation was expensive but not very helpful and due to this fact they are not assigned in the first place.

We want to impart our experiences and competences to support colleagues. Continually request from all over the world are reaching us because the DDR Museum has created not only a unique exhibition but an exhibition with quantitative success.
